From how AI actually works to prompts that deliver: meet Copilot, learn the CTFT recipe, then point it
at the work that eats your week — documents, email, and research — with the verify habit planted from hour one.
Tuesday 21 July 2026 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM CODED, Kuwait
Day brief
A hands-on day for a mixed cross-functional audience. We open with a
30-minute Map Test — a baseline, not an exam — then build the mental model: how AI is trained, how it predicts,
how it reads your prompt, and why it can confidently hallucinate. From there: what makes Copilot different from
a public chatbot, the CTFT prompt recipe drilled through the Zero-to-Hero exercise, and the rest of the day
pointed at real work — drafting in Word, taming the inbox in Outlook, and condensing long reports — every module
ending with you doing, not us talking. Sample data only; nothing real or confidential goes into a prompt today.
